Here at VideoWorks, we absolutely love producing animated videos and especially so for good and important causes. Within the healthcare sector, animated videos offer incredible clarity and control that is often hard to achieve with different forms of communication. In 2026, we were delighted to produce this video for FLARE (Families Learning About Renal Experiences), an initiative developed by the Dialysis and Home Therapies Department at Beaumont Hospital. The resource helps adults explain kidney disease and dialysis to children in a relatable, age-appropriate way, while creating a supportive space in which children can ask questions and express their feelings openly. It was a privilege to help Beaumont Hospital bring this thoughtful and important resource to families.
